I'm looking for an app that allows me to add multiple bookmarks/dog-ears to PDF magazines for later referral. It seem that iBooks is unable to do this. GoodReader seems to be the must-have PDF reader app, but will I be able to do this?

Thanks!

Try PDF Reader Pro. I think it should do the trick...$0.99 though.

Thanks. The ipad version is $9.99 though.

PDF Reader Pro Edition for iPad is optimized specially for the iPad.
Now with Annotations and highlight support and with the latest update full PDF forms support!!

I don't mind paying, but I want to be sure it works like I need it to.

iBooks lets you add multiple bookmarks to pdfs.

Thanks a million Bwana, just figured it out!
Cool. :) It would be nice if they enabled highlighting and annotations like you can with ebooks. Maybe converting them to epub with calibre is the answer for now?

Sure it will come eventually. Converting could work, I suppose, but probably not effective for magazine pdf's. I'm hearing great things about GoodReader, aside from great pdf handling, annotation etc it also gives you a file management system, Dropbox integration etc. etc.
