Yeah - the missus got given a 6 with a cracked screen and they replaced it that afternoon. Great service and no problems with the repair job.

Soooo......just an update here. Its been a week plus a day at apple. Got a call from the agent/tech on Tues at apple store to say they are having issues with the 256Mb ipad pro 9.7 to quote for a repair.Then on Thursday a got an SMS that says its been booked in for service.
Today got an email that diagnoses is being performed on my unit.

Speak of the Devil. Core just emailed me back. They replacement of my iPad is R7200
So they're giving you a new one, not repairing it for R7200? Not too bad, go for it.
