I'm comparing the MTN and Vodacom offerings now and and I just have a few questions.
Is it really true that the MTN contract only gives 150mb free for a while and then switches to the 75mb? I still want some clarification on this.
And can you purchase SMS bundles or data bundles with either the MTN or Vodacom offering's airtime? Otherwise I'm leaning towards the Vodacom Topup 275 deal for the iPhone 4.

You're mistaken, I think you'll find it really is R380 from Vodacom and MTN, with no extra fees.One of three things is happening here:
1. You didn't read the fine print. -probably
2. You were too exited to get the IPhone that you forgot to listen to the sales person. - Probably
3. Your hearing is impaired. -probably.
