If the facts were there to prove it yes, then certainly its not biased. Check the engadget thread about Apple and EVO covers. Same exact materials on the back cover but somehow the Apple is better?

Personally I will not believe another word about the iphone 5 until a month after people actually get to use the device. That includes any sales figures.
 
These threads get really irritating, so many people who need to protect their decisions to buy expensive phones. For all you Android Fanboys, Apple make exceptional products, you can't deny it, so stop being silly about it. For all the Apple fanboys, seriously, Apple is not the perfect phone, there are spectacular Android and other devices out there that have many pros that Apple products don't.

So can I appeal to all of you you write some constructive stuff whenever the Android/Apple/BBM/WM/other? thing comes up? We get it, you spent lots of money and signed a 2-year contract forcing you on a specific path, but give credit where it is due and be constructive about shortcomings of a device/OS.

My opinion, I don't like getting forced in to a whole ecosystem, but if the core requirements and price say that is the way to go then so be it. Hence on current phone options in SA I would go with an iPhone 4Gs from Cell C. I really like the Motorola Razr Max HD, but the price and camera fall short (MP means nothing to me, just pic quality). I can get all the good apps on both ecosystems and I don't need to develop any myself, pity I have to pay a bit more for them on Apple's setup though:(
 
Sigh, no matter how many positive reviews come out about the iPhone all of them have obviously been bought out by Apple. The phone actually being good? Please.
 
Stuff magazine....is so clueless and nowhere, it's not even funny.

Their reviews on YouTube are even more terrible.

Unfortunately Stuff SA follows exactly the same norm, and the reason I have stopped buying their magazine a long time ago.
 
Stuff and T3 will always have the iPhone and iPad at the top. The S3 briefly jumped to #1 in one of them but now the iPhone will again be #1. These magazines have become very unreliable sources for product reviews. In the end it is just the opinion of one or two persons ... nothing better than our opinions on here. I trust opinions here more than in those mags.

Indeed... So many flame threads have sprung up since the Apple keynote and they are so busy that they are starting to look like stickies. Well done for voting Pooky, I see yours is the only vote for "yes", I just don't see any point in it myself.

Not haters. Experience. Never ever seen an objective iPhone or iPad review in these specific mags. They drool over everything Apple and in so doing don't help customers to make the best choices for their particular needs. Surely nothing on the market is ever thát perfect that it always get full scores.
 
Stuff magazine should be shutdown. They had a good thing going in the beginning but their Apple worship is unbearable.

They have used the word "iPhone" more than the word "The", which says alot.
 
Sigh...all this over a phone.

I miss the good old days when we worried about things like Communism taking over the world...Now there was something to fight about! ;)

Imagine we had forums in the 50s and 60s...haha
