Found what looks like a "defect" for lack of a better word on my iPhone 6+. Just my luck I guess. Add that to my OCD and it is a recipe for disaster! At first i thought it was maybe a section on the display panel where you inserted a prying tool of sorts to remove the screen from the chassis, but on closer inspection it looked to irregular.
The offending section is in the top right hand side of the display, it becomes obvious because it exposes the "space grey" of the chassis where the screen normally resides. Almost looks like the screen has had a piece carved out of it. Took the phone to Menlyn iStore yesterday to see if they had seen something like this before. They were stumped. Said screen should be uniform right around. I compared it to a gold demo unit they had and it was flawless. I suppose if this problem presented itself of a iPhone 6 I would not have noticed it at all ;D
Tired to take a picture of the section but it's very difficult to capture. I emailed talk2us@myistore.co.za they have already been notified by the store manager. Lets see what happens. Anyone else have this issue?
