OK, some new fun. I decided to follow up on my online order via 082 1950. The guy was really helpful and competent, quickly found my details and told me that yes, this was exactly what I ordered, but apparently I called to cancel it mid-November. So I've just been wasting time. I know what happened, but the cancellation was a mistake amidst chaos. I applied online long ago, but for some reason didn't look at what I was doing and applied for a 16GB Gold. Got contacted quite soon after that since not a lot of people want this, but I then said I wanted Space Grey instead. Order was then put on hold. Then, a few weeks later, I thought it's a good idea to apply for a contract online again rather than call to follow up (I might have tried that and never gotten an agent or something). After this, I was contacted to confirm details and it became clear that my previous Space Grey was still pending. The new agent took over my order and helped a lot. 10 minutes later another agent called just to double check that the order was correct - it was not, so he changed it to Space Grey again. I think somewhere at this point someone was changing one thing and someone else another thing and the end result was that I should now apply again.
Now that I can start over, where would be the best place to quickly get an iPhone 6 64GB Space Grey on Vodacom? Retail shop, online, istore or FNB+prepaid?
