Can anyone recommend a good FM Transmitter Car kit for the Iphone.

I'm looking for something that will transmit through FM to play songs and be able to take calls through my car radio.

I was also in the market for one, I tested one on my car 2 weeks ago but it was terrible, sounded like a badly recorded tape.

Do yourself a favor and test it before you buy it, I was lucky that the guy at the shop was honest and suggested we try it first. Saved me some bux.

It also depends on what car you have, some work better in certain cars.

PS: I am not sure there is one that will take calls through your car radio, not a FM transmitter at least, but I am not 100% sure. If there is one I am skeptical at the quality of calls.

i have a Pioneer Premier car radio with bluetooth. plays music over the air and takes calls through the bluetooth. Test them out first, some of the bluetooth implementations are not always close to standards. But otherwise, works 101% for me.

I have a Motorola in hands free kit in car at the moment, got it with my car but it doesn't work well with the iPhone, basically calls on go through the radio about 10 seconds after answering them. So I am putting in a Sony Bluetooth Mp3 player.
