So why haven’t you pressed charges? Filed an internal grievance.

Funniest part is I worked for both those companies, you aren’t “hacking” **** with the asset number.

What would trigger the pop up? What happens if I pressed OK, I don’t remember if I did or not.
It’s a strange pop up, should not happen in the FB app.
I want to know how it was done and how do I get rid of it/them/whoever is in/on my phone.

Which companies have you worked for?
Ye it’s not hacking but they gained access to my laptop through the asset number into my documents and other folders.

Mate it isn’t even worth trying to explain to someone like this that a pop up is just a pop up in this case and means **** all.

You've already said you're not trying to cover your tracks, so the next question is what makes you so valuable that a "hacker" would make you a target?

Because unless you were extremely lax with a common, easy password for every account and device, someone has put a LOT of time and effort into this. And if you're just Joe Soap, it makes almost no sense because hackers only go for high value targets (not counting script kiddies, because they're not real hackers).

Delete Facebook and many problems go away.

It’s no different than bullshit browser advertising pop ups.

There’s also a good reason they only give you the OK option that likely takes you to a link to sell you something.

All the ones you mentioned.

For the **** show of auditing involved there’s no way anyone has done any of that and kept their jobs.

And since it’s a listed company there’s no magical opting out of that.

It’s not an ad pop up, can you see it’s a native pop up. The FB app will not have any pop ups, it has banners.

Apparently lots of people do it to steal movies and series. It’s open to all employees.

Yes the Apps have access to the native pop up system.

It’s the only way they can use notifications.

It clearly does have a pop up, you’ve got it right there in front of you.
