iPhone problem

Hi, I've got a problem. I sold my old iPhone (I don't remember the Apple account ID or password) and the person that bought it wiped the phone when he received it. Now he says he cannot create an Apple ID on it because it's linked to another ID. Any advice?

Seems you're gonna have to remember the creds...or take it back and refund the buyer.

Alternatively, contact apple via email.. this happened to me.. it took a week or a week and a half but very helpful.. sorted out and retrieved the linked username and password.. awesome service

I’m so sorry, I can’t find the email I used to email them.. I know I put in a query and they gave me a ticket number.. In a few days apple got back to me.. so try an email address on there website or something.. just google around
