Ipod Nano Battery replacement

can anyone please suggest a place in capetown that can replace Ipod nano 4Th gen batteries. I have already tried the below shops :-
Wefix - dont do ipods anymore
appledoctor.co.za - dont have batteries in stock
irestore.co.za - no longer able to source the iPod nano 4 batteries

I had the same issue with a Nano Screen replacement in Pretoria. No luck at WeFix or the i(core)store.

Sad. It's such a good device. And I dont want to get a iPhone just to listen to music not have the budget to get a new ipod

They are often not to hard to replace, source a battery and replace it yourself?

I did see this before. The only place I can buy the battery ATM is this which is costing around R450 +R95 for delivery and customs will be extra plus the wait time of 2-3 months because its international delivery. The average cost of getting the battery changed for an Ipod is around R600.
