Big Afrihost Openserve problems
Afrihost customers on Openserve’s fibre infrastructure are reporting problems with their connectivity. The issue is also affecting Telkom DSL users.
Some subscribers have reported that they have no Internet access, while other say their connections are intermittent — reconnecting briefly before disconnecting again.

My ONT lights are normal. Router light on the other hand keeps switching from green to red.

Same (Nokia G-240G-E). Power, PON, Auth and LAN1 all green. Deco switches from from Red to White
I have resorted to OSMC on my Raspberry pi with my external drives.

Just relax, RSAWEB was down most of the country the other day but was running again in an hour. Seeing that Afrihost is so much more superior ISP, you should be up in a jiffy.
I don't agree as my fibre has been stable for 5 years. Never even had to log an issue with Afrihost or Openserve.
