IS bandwidth really is terrible

So it seems IS are halving client bandwidth to help remedy their oversell strategy.

Nice way to make a bit of extra cash out of your clients, instead of actually purchasing additional bandwidth.
 
I dont know what IS is doing but....

I have a 430 ping to yahoo.com through their satellite connection....
The norm was about 700.
