WBS Network Outages Update:
We refer to the network outages and the confiscation of the WBS network equipment including removal of core fibre switches that took place yesterday which resulted in the disruption of services to the iBurst customers.
Negotiations between WBS and ICASA are still in process and once a resolution has been reached we will provide feedback.
iBurst would like to sincerely apologise to its valued customers for the inconvenience and assure them that we are working tirelessly to resolve and restore all affected services.
No.I see on their facebook page..
Can we sue ICASA?
If iBurst is at fault as alleged (proven?) then why would anyone want to sue ICASA?Any legal repercussions?
They are gonna lose a LOT of clientele..

iBurst repeatedly and blatantly lied to its customer base (claiming a "power" problem, etc.) over two days. That alone should be enough to kill this incompetent, disingenous company, and I most sincerely hope it does.
iBurst have been operating illegally for years it seems. The action against them was prompted by other companies complaining about their illegal interference. Why the sympathy for them? They are the ones screwing their customers.
