IS Shaping traffic/ Network Problems

the thing is if its a fault why can i get http at 400 K,....
 
Can all the capped users on IS just have a look if they can still access international sites? It is very wierd that I can still download full speed (HTTP) on international sites but local is shaped.
 
Could someone tell me which service providers use SAIX instead of IS?
 
Any official response from IS yet on this topic???
 
same hassle here, yo yo and other descriptions are fitting, submitted support ticket to WA - i await there solution:)

SAIX accounts are way to expensive :( 10gig SAIX Cap is R490 from WebAfrica. IS 10gig local only is R70 from WebAfrica. Just to compare the two.

SAIX 10gig is international too, but I WANT LOCAL! CHEAP LOCAL!

30gig Local Only for R121 form OpenWeb and R130 from WebAfrica and you cannot do a single thing with it...*sigh*

FIX IT NOW!:mad: 3 days is too long!

Youtube just won't load... hangs more than load, some sites are fast, others are crawling. Local is slowish........

I was under the impression IS did an upgrade not so long ago...
 
All good here, but MyADSL is loading VERY VERY SLOWLY!!!!!!!

Maybe thats cos im dlin at max speed :D :D :D

Speeding up a bit every now and again but line is running at about 20% of the speed it should be.
