ISP Praise Wall !!!

Of all my dealings with Openweb, their service has been terrific. Unbeaten actually.

I want to change my account to uncapped lite 4mb, and I asked for a trial account. This being at 9:30 pm, not 5 minutes later I had a reply with a username and password. Their service is impeccable.

I have to say from my experience, their service is the best.

I have no affiliation personally or professionally, just a great company.
 
why ?
well im a fierily new user to the ADSL world, Telkom installed my line yesterday and i went to buy my modem from Uniterm direct this morning at about 10am, came home at about 11am, called my parents and signed up for the Mweb uncapped 512 line, connected and logged in now and working perfectly all within 5 hours, customer support was awesome and i got called by a Representative twice to make sure the process was smooth and to explain all the details and terms of use for the line was really good service

what ?
Mweb, just the customer service, explain what is needed and giving details of the process willing to call back (and did call back) when i was busy and the following morning to carry on with the process
 
Ordered a line from Telkom in the morning, line was working that afternoon. brilliant service,
 
Wait, are we talking a phone line connection or DSL activation?

How ELSE do you order a phone line from Telkom than at one of their stores? :erm:

DSL activation, if you order a DSL line from SOAL for example (so they own the line) it takes forever

Oh, bah. I thought you meant you had a phone line connected.

Yeah, I'd never get a line through an ISP. Way too much trouble to have a problem sorted, to change your ISP and bah.. No thanks.
 
I would like to give praise to the Mweb sales department... The way Khulu handled everything and how quickly my account was up and running was very appreciated

Anyone using webafrica's Unshaped Uncapped Business account to play MMO's - how is the latency?
 
I only received EXCELLENT service from Afrihost. I struggled over the long weekend, and by Sunday night I just about had it. Took a chance to sms the HELP line, and within 20 minutes I received a phone call from a techie. Sorted and I surfed the internet that same evening. Thanks Afrihost. And best of all, I can use the same account at home AND at the shop.
 
Tried them all, Afrihost (speed issue), Axxess (price issue) and on and on. Been with Mweb for over a year, they actually provide the bandwidth they promise. +1
