ISP Praise Wall !!!

Afrihost.

Never before have i had someone activate my account on a SUNDAY late at night. Someone in the legal department was working? I never expected a reply till that Monday but to my shear delight.... there the mail was less than 15min later.

Excellent service provided by everyone @ Afrihost
 
Just signed up for an ADSL account with Afrihost around 7:30 on Xmas day. The account was activated within half an hour. So far, speed is perfect.

Very impressed thus far.

I'm considering switching to SAOL uncapped from iWorst so I merely emailed a sales person. SAOL returned my query within one working day and were keen to answer all my questions since - all within an hour! Seriously impressed so far.

Nexus ISP - On the Ball!

Just got 5GB LO from Nexus, took about 10mins from first clicking register to having my login details. Very impressed!

Made the move after Axxess said a nice FU to their LO userbase, by moving to IS to save money and charge the same amount. bastards.

the extra R5 per GB is worth it IMO.

So far Nexus, Welldone! :)

I have been sending numerous emails to SAOL regarding their uncapped offering. All mails were professionally responded to within an hour. I was online within an hour or two after signing up. (and the connection has been great so far)

Have a second account (which my mother uses) with Cybersmart ....I have been a client of theirs for 4 years now. They have a good infrastructure in place and network issues are a rare occurrence.
 
Telkom Do Broadband

I am going to have to say that as much as what I really dislike Telkom, I called them to get a "fastest" acc. Within 5 mins I was online, I was still speaking to the rep when I got an SMS with my username and password.

For me that was definately awesome service.
 
Afrihost FTW. bought 1gb prepaid online in a flash and then got instant sms and email with details. then just faxed thru the id and then i was surfing like a smurf!
 
Just got a 2GB account from Cybersmart, for R179 which is not even an official offering. Sent an email during my lunch time at work 12:39 at 14:09 I was sent a email asking if I want it to take effect immediately or not, I replied this morning at 8:30 and by 11:00 it was done.

2GB plus night rider = 10GB for R200.93c, line cost and router included. woop woop.
 
I've been very happy with Afrihost. The activation and setup was very quick and the two-for-one topups are really nice :D

TELKOM said i must cancel my old adsl line so no can abuse it ..


3 Days later Technician from Telkom came to install my ADSL line

Also Changed a couple of Globes 4 me ..

Web Africa, for the measly R19 I paid for 1gb of local, they have given me tons of support, and I was all through email! :D
 
Well done Afriohost, I am now on month 3 with you guys and I can see I made a wise choice. Keep it up.
 
can't say that i'm disappointed with afrihost. tried package migration and it happened without any issues this month. not to mention the great buy 1 get 1 free promotions has helped a lot where i needed extra cap :)
