ISP Praise Wall !!!

So far I've been with axxess for a few months and they've been great especially for me who's been on sentech, Iburst and neotel. Finally able to download what I like, online game and just use the net as it was meant to be.

Webafrica and lately Afrihost, no problems signing up, good prices and most importantly excellent support!

Awesome service and prices from Afrihost! Was pretty happy with Openweb before them though- but Afrihost's prices are just untouchable at the moment!

Afrihost Signup, Activation and Support

Signed up with Afrihost yesterday online. Was activated within 30 mins or so. All via their website, email and sms as well. Got home and had a problem at about 22h00 and just sms'd them. They called me back on both occasions within 5 mins of the sms. And I was up and running.

The problem was my brain had shut down at that time :o. They were very helpful and polite during the day and at that hour of the night as well.

So Afrihost gets a thumbsup from me for their customer service and pricing!

A few months ago I had a problem with an Axxess prepaid voucher, and it was sorted out very quickly, and needless to say, because I had a problem, I was compensated with a free gig!

So thumbs up to the guys at Axxess :)

I love Axxess too .. you guys are the best ..

SAINET

Just signed up with SAINET uncapped.

The process for ordering isn't as clear cut as one would hope but Michelle helped me out a lot. Excellent service!

Telkom Call Centre Agent named Nicole!

This lady sorted out my upgrade problems in 2 hours after waiting 17 days for my 4mb line upgrade!
other agents i dealt with couldn't help me at all and kept telling me to wait 2 more days but Nicole listened to me and sorted me out,

Thanks Nicole!

I would love to thank SAOL for their glorious service over the last few weeks.

Anusia and Desiree are both excellent and patient employees and they responded to every email i sent.
We laughed, together, i cried but eventually i got my ASDL after being stuck in the virtual prison that was Vodacom.
Being the last guy to net the R500 unshaped and uncapped deal is great, but their service is so good that i would easily pay R699 to use them.

SAOL you surprise me and my signature will be a tribute to your greatness.

because it's still coming... geeez don't you guys read up before firing off salvos ? :D

The person spoke in the present tense...as you'll see before this post he has corrected his mistake. Bad Necuno, BAD! :p

First: To Afrihost - R29/GB for anyone, and 2-for-1 specials - awesome.

Secondly: To Web Africa - I've never had anything but good service, the 30GB special is mad, and looking forward to Steam freezone.

Keep it up both of you!
