Wazzup ISP (
www.wazzup.co.za). On a 384K package, the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing significant speed decrease down to around 4KB download.
I contacted the support @ Wazzup and up until the past few days have been in constant communication with them to help resolve my problem. I know all customers dont like downtime or speed issues but it will happen at some stage regardless of which ISP you choose. What is important when this happens, is the support/ help from the ISP.
Through the past 2 weeks, I feel that they tried their best and utmost to resolve this issue for me. Constantly providing feedback on the situation. The support @ Wazzup is fantastic.
My speed issue seems to have been resolved and this is the only major problem I have ever had with them.
I would highly recommend them even though at the moment they do not provide a uncapped package anymore.
