ISP Praise Wall !!!

Thought I'd mention the good support I got from Afrihost, after a blunder with the Easter promotion they had. The discount didn't match my account, and after a few emails I was given the discount on my account anyway. Didn't expect the issue to get anywhere, cheers AH.

Wireless Dimensions - have dealt with them a few times over the last 2 years for a client - always quick to answer, and issues resolved speedily.
 
I'm uber impressed with OpenWeb. I get responses on my emails to customer service quicker than it takes to get through to a human when calling other helpdesks!
 
Big up to MWeb, been with them for a few months but upgraded my line to 4Mbit +- 4 weeks ago. Excellent experience so far

Wazzup ISP (www.wazzup.co.za). On a 384K package, the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing significant speed decrease down to around 4KB download.

I contacted the support @ Wazzup and up until the past few days have been in constant communication with them to help resolve my problem. I know all customers dont like downtime or speed issues but it will happen at some stage regardless of which ISP you choose. What is important when this happens, is the support/ help from the ISP.

Through the past 2 weeks, I feel that they tried their best and utmost to resolve this issue for me. Constantly providing feedback on the situation. The support @ Wazzup is fantastic.

My speed issue seems to have been resolved and this is the only major problem I have ever had with them.

I would highly recommend them even though at the moment they do not provide a uncapped package anymore.

My Wazzup account is so SLOOWWW the last few weeks :(
 
Wazzup is very slow at the moment and support told me that it's the uncapped people that have the issues. I got fed up with the uncapped and will switch now to a capped offer from them. They said that will do the trick. Let's see whether it does...

No, my speed is fine on 384K uncapped. After that hiccup, its all good now.
 
Have to give a big shout out to Web Africa. Download Plus all day yesterday was amazing, and added to that, my Witcher 2 download (16GB) was FreeZone'd, so counted absolutely nothing to my cap and came through to me at a consistent 700kbs. Seriously impressed.

Just giving my 2c worth to OpenWeb for their Terrific support. My Account is up and running like a dream after a few hiccups. But thanks for the help and support of OpenWeb and MrBEEP. I must also say, very happy with the account speeds, makes me feel like I am getting what I am paying for.
