Hi all,
So my GF and I have issues with 8ta and receiving calls from people who are using Virgin or Cell C. If they call us, most of the time we answer and then we just hear ourselves. The person calling us is then told that we are unavailable. They can then call back and the exact same thing will happen, then if they call back again perhaps we will get lucky and be able to speak to them.
Although if we call them, no issues at all. It is really annoying!
My GF and I are both using different phones (her a Nokia, me an HTC). So I highly doubt its phone related. We have different 8ta contracts and they were taken out a few weeks apart (quite a few weeks apart).
Does anybody else here have the same issue. Anyone who may be able to help me get this issue sorted out, its very frustrating since majority of her family is on either Virgin or Cell C and makes getting hold of us a mission as they have to call us and then it gets frustrating for both of us and we then need to call them back and end up with massive bills at the end of the month or out of airtime halfway through the month.
