iTunes 10.2.1.1 Problems

It appears to work normally, but quite often fails to close. Even trying to stop the processes doesn't work or takes a long time.

It lost an album I ripped as well.

I'm running a diagnostic as I write this, but it keeps maximising the iTunes window!

Anyone else experiencing this? It seems quite buggy ...

I'm struggling mightily atm with 10.2.1 as well trying to get it to flash my itouch with any firmware to restore it. It just hangs on verifying with itunes section and then quits out.
