What pray tell are shows (presumably non crap) intended for only white people? Unless they have some reality tv in orania I am really unaware of any. Suppose honey boo boo comes close for your class of white people if you speak for them as you seem to do

OK, I'm now confused....I'm a white guy, can somebody just point me in the direction of the person that will dictate what I must watch. I'm afraid that I might be doing it wrong and I don't want to offend someone important. :cry:

I would take a guess that majority of tv shows from the US is aimed for the white audience. I only know of one tv show on public television that targets blacks and that's blackish
 
Even though I get the intention. Playing the same game which racists play wouldn't really resolve anything.

You don't fight discrimination with discrimination. Which is what the rest of the world argues against BEE. Doing the same stuff doesn't get us anywhere.

Those groups are open to white members.

I wonder why there may be a reason that people in SA would want to promote non-white professionals. It's not as if there was some sort of historical system which worked against them or anything.

I don't know if I should agree with that. Maybe a high percentage with those involved in politics. (Blame sociology lectures or whatever.) Personally I think most people just try to go on with their lives without thinking or even knowing such laws exists in some countries.

If more people climb on that boat all this crap would be eradicated IMO. Not saying be ignorant but western culture is simply about get educated, work hard, maybe get married if that's your choice and so on and so forth. If people really care so much about all this identity politics nonsense why are people sitting on the internet bitching about it? Go out and help people at the source of their problems instead of looking at the data and promote dumb discriminatory laws or try and create even more friction because of it.

The more people focus on racism and identity politics the more problems it actually causes.

I'd hazard a guess that certain non white folks would be able to do this a lot better than certain white folks.

This is why generalisation is bad.

But in general? The point I am trying to make is that maybe in general the person that works best for the advertised position and its demographic is a white person. It would make sense for example if some would advertise, Looking for Black Zulu Speaking commission editor as they will produce content aimed at a traditional Zulu environment.
