I said before, OP asked how to do call forwarding on fixed lines and it is and has always been easy to do IF you take the trouble to do the paperwork.
Whether he finds that solution is now appropriate for him or not is his business. The point I made is it is not nec to port his numbers to an alternative provider or technology to get the same result.
You go and play somewhere else and blow bubbles, some of us have had very good service out of Telkom for more years than I choose to remember and are not going to change just because you lot can't be bothered to follow simple procedures.
In fact, I have had more issues with MTN and Vodacom over the years than I have ever had with Telkom. So there would be zero reason for me to the give up my current service till I move or die.
