Yeah, her wedding ring has 20 little diamonds in pave.
Part of my gift to the bride is two 1ct Moissanite stud earings, which match her engagement ring.

But I do want to get her more variety once she is this side.
 
wait a sec, anyone going on hardness is a drama queen and diamond demander... there is nothing wrong with other stones unless your wife works in a coal mine or chain gang. If she goes around bashing her fists 24/7 then we have bigger issues here, afterall watches faces are glass and they're great.

Sapphire watch crystals have a mohs hardness of 9.
