Considering their past I'm actually impressed that ANCYL could count as high as three. Let's not put too much pressure on them with facts and stuff.

Jacob Zuma isn't a leader...he is a pathetic human being and doesn't deserve a statue...he deserves a jail cell and a few PK's.

Mandela is a deserving leader and he has a lot of statues already.

Paul Kruger was the first South African President...why can't he have a statue?

First president of what? He wasn't the first State President of the South African Republic. Also, don't forget that it was a state which restricted citizenship to members of Dutch churches.

The Voortrekker Monument is already on the table, should a certain land claim go through challenging SA Heritage down to the bone.

Opposing Die Taal Monument will alienate another demographic group, one which hold the greater share in the Western Cape. ANC won't allow this until they have eradicated white culture, currently they want to win back the Western Cape.
 
Since we're on a roll, let's demolish the Castle of Good Hope. After all, it was the Dutch who started the colonisation process.
 
Anybody who isn't paying attention will miss all the tell tale signs that have taken place in almost every other post-colonial "independent" country in Africa.
This should quite clearly indicate for us, just exactly what we can still look forward to.

But the troublemaking Uitlanders were given citizenship after 6 years, I seriously doubt they converted to Dutch Reformed. I also recall the story of how a Jewish rabbi complained that the Christian churches were granted a certain size of land and his Synagogue only granted half that size of land, the reply from Kruger was that Jews only follow half a religion. Point is that I highly doubt the rabbi and his congregation converted to Dutch Reformed either. All in all it must be taken in to consideration that the Boers were not imperialists but sought anti-colonial, sovereign Republics to practice their religion following the tremendously arduous Great Trek. So none of your damn westminster system type criticism at the 'opposition' please.
