Yeah the sales team are normally off on weekends. My buddy is also waiting. You will probably only get through tomorrow as today was public holiday.

Has anybody got a stable solution for switching between the bolt-on and fat pipe accounts? I've been using perfect automation, pulovers macro creator and mouse recorder pro but can't find a reliable playback or scheduling combination. I have a tp-link w8980 router with a hp microserver n54l running Windows 10 pro. Any ideas?

Do you want to switch accounts for all devices or just your pc?
I used to just dial up the bolt-on account from my pc, rest of the network runs off another account. Worked very well, after getting it set up properly.

Connection [account authorisation] died for exactly one hour and came on now as i was reading your post using 3G. Couldn't connecting with other iSP accounts too so am thinking a Telkom issue.

all sorted now - it couldn't authenticate, but worked perfectly with a WA account so not Telkom

Soooo my G4G account with Uncapped bolt-on just got capped. I called the call centre and was told that's it's a new policy whereby if your G4G is capped they cap your bolt-on - WTF!

That's very odd. Both my bolt-ons are capped and working. Is yours one of the new fat pipe lite 25gb accounts?

nope G4G with uncapped bolt-on. I've never had this issue before until now
