What is the AUP like on these accounts? How much is considered "abuse"?

I'm still haven't found the thresholds. Although total monthly usage doesn't always reflect on these accounts. The last time I checked I was over 300gb's for the month.

I'm not quite sure what to make make of the reply... So downloading as much as I want is not considered abuse, I presume? Would it be fair to say that I shouldn't expect to get throttled in any way if I download 300gb for the month?
We limited the product, to a reasonable rate (speed); 300GB is no where near the top of the list.
Honestly, 300GB doesn't scratch the surface of what bolt on users are pulling in a month. There was a user in August, from CPT who pulled ~1.8TB.
Is that crystal clear? =)

And that customer, isn't the biggest downloader on the network; just happens to be for bolt-on.

For sure. Haven't had an issue with this product. Had it for the past 4 months or so. Really happy.

Doesn't look like it.
Product being phased out. Understandable considering performance vs price.
Still waiting on VOX's new uncapped accounts to launch. If they treated with the same respect as the bolt-on product they could be very worthwhile...
