So does buying a gig4gig account make you eligible for the uncapped bolt-on? Also will it adjust itself accordingly to whatever my line speed is?

Well the gig4gig accounts are free for the 1st gig so if you limit it to 1GB only you will only pay for the uncapped bolt on which is R59. Yes the gig4gig packages allows you to have the bolt on.
These packages is line speed dependant. So if you have 40Mbps VDSL it will also be the same price.

Sent email yesterday to move my uncapped bold-on to my new 50Gig Fat Pipe, and was done this morning.
Confirmed with support that the 50Gig is hard capped - so no risk.
Very good speed, excellent streaming.
Eventually settled on one ISP for now.
50Gig Fat Pipe + Uncapped bold-on = pure internet joy!

Just one 4mb line with R59 bolt-on and R499 10mb IC. Testing the waters here, today is day one.
Thinking about going back to 4mb @ R260 and keeping this account for the weekends, or stay and go fat pipe.
EDIT: Oh yes, and a free 30GB freedom capped unshaped account for my good deeds
I've been using that during the 6:00-23:00 times until it runs out to give my stars a break, but that's the never-ending story with those accounts.

I don't need 50gb fat pipe, 10gb should be ample. Is there a fat pipe option like this?

Must say, I switched from Telkom's 4mb Uncapped option to @lantic on a gig4gig with the uncapped bolt-on and I have not regretted it for a second! Compared to Telkom it is lightyears ahead in terms of both speed and support. Guy I spoke to during the signup process was extremely patient and answered every question I had (and I had a LOT). Been streaming and downloading at damn near full line speed since signing up AND it costs me a hellova lot less than Telkom did! Very happy with my move, for what I want to do it is absolutely perfect and I would recommend it above any other ISP at this point!
