@lantic R59 uncapped 'bolt-on' feedback

my pings are jumping up and down between 10-500ms...

I think its fixed in joburg. Back to 10ms and mybb is now loading. Gonna try a torrent now

EDIT: Getting between 600Kbps & 1MB on torrents its very unstable. Same with http downloads speeds are all over the place.

There now seems to be a notice on the call centre number about slow speeds.

Never mind trying to use Bolt-on data ; can't even access this link to check previous data usage (using Chrome) : https://portal.lantic.net/vox/portal/login/login.jsp
Was working on Friday, if I remember correctly.

Maybe they've closed shop :wtf:

Where do we claim our money back for 1/2 the month we might not get to use :p
(16th - 30th November).

EDIT: that link finally worked (using a different ISP, but once you try getting past "Data Accounts", the system takes its sweet time .. ).

much better this side:

I suppose the only consolation for me is that MWeb's shaping (towards the time that I finally got fedup) and Plugg's star rating was even worse than this, and I was paying a lot more.

Lol, just had to post this little gem here:

Touché Vox. Never underestimate the impact of change on your users when you change stuff without telling them.

Ouch! Did you see the new CZ change yet? Mailshot went out i see. Interested to hear thoughts and we should get a thread going to keep it OT. :)

I'm no longer a Vox client, I did see the email though (even though I'm supposed to be unsubscribed from their mailing list).
