Lap top Battery - need additional 4 hours

Currently can use only 2 and a 1/2 hours of battery life on my laptop (for work - not personal).
The amount of information out there on portable batteries is a maze of jargon that has my head spinning.
The laptop in question is a Thinkpad. (pity it cannot think for me)

- Would a 40 000mah portable battery be sufficient for an additional 4 hours ?
- Should one rather go for a 80 000mah portable battery?
- what other specs should one be on the look out for?

Or is it not as simple as it seems to be? So many people have so many different opinions. And I run a very tight budget....

It will be used only to have an additional 4 hours of power for the laptop and charing of one iPhone 11 Pro.

Google seems to think so:
The huge 40000mah capacity supports 9 times charge for iPhone 13, 4 times charge for iPad Pro, 8.2 times charge for Samsung S10, 8 times charge for Pixel 4a etc.

Note that airlines may not be happy with such a high power capacity.

P.S. The unit Wh is more precise, since the voltage of batteries varies.

Get a high output powerbank if you want to use it while you're using it.

Can you guys recommend any high output powerbanks.

For use with a Lenovo G50-80 - i5, and if needed my new MSI Modern 14 - i5. Bit annoyed that I cannot power the Modern 14 from my Romoss Zeus power bank, such is life.

Both require 19 volts power for charging

Power and Charge my Laptop while I work. Probably for around 2-3 hours depending on what I do. And then I have another 3-4 hours of battery.
