Latest Impulse Buys

I am strongly resisting the impulse to buy a Go Pro camera ... :/

Its been a bad impulsive month so far:
New TV stand
Samsung 46" 3D TV
HP Microserver, HD6450, Logitech K400, 2TB HDD etc.
 
2 x LG IPS234V LED Screens (meh)
Eflight Blade MCPx RC Heli (Day 1 Attacked by Jack Russel, I dont think she will do it again but now I have to order parts)
Kindle PaperWhite for the Missus (waiting for delivery)
 
How is a car or a new PC an impulse buy? my definition of an impulse buy, is a buy where as a consumer you:

1) Do not really consider the consequences of the purchase (in terms of finance)

2) Did no or minimal research prior to purchasing the goods/item

3) Did not really need the item, rather wanted it or thought about it in passing.

To me a car and a pc takes time and effort to purchase. It's not like buying an extra HDD or kit kat at the impulse buy aisle in Spar

Because it's more a "show off what you bought" than impulse buy thread.
 
SO have I - good news is that I still drive that car around because I hate teh thought of another repayment.
