Latest iPad IOS upgrade

Hi, would appreciate it any iPad fundi can offer some assistance. After the last upgrade (about 2 weeks ago) a lot was change on my ipad, most of which I sorted out. I have Outlook on my PC and and on my ipad. my problem is that When I sent sold mail to the BIN I'm unable to empty it. Also no longer able to Bcc wen sending mail.
Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Resolved with a call to Apple support. Very helpful Latino woman.
