My friend has a G580 Lenovo laptop. The HD died and Incredible Connection replaced it. Issue now is how to install windows. I used a pro disk I had, just to get it on in trial mode in the meantime (he desperately needs it up and running for urgent work) but I guess windows 8 is baked into the BIOS because it won't let me install, saying the key is incorrect (haven't input a key at all). On the Bios info page it says the windows license is win8 std sgl.
