LG KS360 Chatterbox

I think LG put Mobile Java on this phone to enable people to get applications much faster. A good move (and thinking) on their part.
 
i've had the phone for about a month or so and only on friday did i find that i can type in a contacts name from the touch dial side and i automatically go there in my phone book.

what does firmware do anyway?

Firmware is like the operating system of the phone... almost like windows xp. its what makes the phone run.

I got mine through Cell C Direct (084 145). I can strongly recommend them. I placed the order on Monday late afternoon and got the phone on Thursday. This phone came without a charger in the box so I phoned them to replace it and they did so the next day (Friday) by courier.

omw, was it a demo/returned model. That's very unusual.
 
I just got that phone not necessarily for the phone but because that deal of vodacom, sounds like a bargain to me

can someone please check what happens if you send a video through mms to another phone (not the same phone) i am not sure if it works properly when it comes to the resolution size.

I bluetooth'd a movie clip I made to my wife's cellphone (Nokia 6680).

The clip wouldn't play on her phone as her media player's outdated :o :(
 
Libs the bluetooth is fine its the actual mms way of sending a clip thats giving me a problem.

I have the same problem and its so annoying i also dont like keypad its to hard. Its not such a great phone wen u run mig33 u gota turn the phn to type

Could someone tell me why is there just 4icons in pc suite i have no music player or video and picture manager :-p
 
Sorry for necroposting...buuuuut, I saw Vodacom has this phone for R99 per month on the TopUp 125 package. 200 free sms's and R135 airtime per month. Good deal? Thanks guys..
 
i found today that you can save your inbox messages to your phone or external memory and then bluetooth it tour pc or whatever and the threaded sms looks so cool.
 
I just plopped in my CellC SIM and everything worked. Dunno about MMS, but MMS also use GPRS/EDGE, so if you're able to surf/mxit/ebuddy, then MMS should also work.
