Liberty Stash App

Hi !

I've signed up for stash, and have had it for about 5 days. Connected the Health App, and then downloaded the recommended running/walking app. On Saturday it calculated I made R2.95 from my steps - 59 drops. On Sunday I ran with my phone (NO settings were changed) and it's now Monday - no drops have been calculated or added to stash. Yet, the entire exercise was recorded on Health.

I have emailed the "help", but I'v heard the support at Stash isn't great. Haven't had a response yet, but it has only been a day. Switched the phone on and off, rebooted etc. I'm on iPhone. Is it perhaps a bug? Why does it work on day and not the next? Or is it a delay in adding "sweat".

Any advice?

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting Stash to Apple Healthkit yet?
 
My stash app has been working like a charm. on a xiaomi redmi 4a. I think it's an awesome idea and well executed.

The only issue I've had is that I don't get my R10 'refer a friend' commission. I know of at least 2 people that I've referred via a whatsapp link, and they are have been using the app for more than a month, but I haven't received my R10 yet. Not that R10 will sink me, but still.
 
And another app that you can’t use without an ID...

Passport numbers shouldn’t be that hard to integrate !

Yes. I have done pretty much everything. And I updated the app. All apps. Location is always on etc.

One day it works, the next it doesn't - therefore not much wrong with my settings. It appears to stash drops after 24 hours from the run/point of exercise, but sort of only every second day. It has been over 24 hours now from yesterday's 4.2 km run and it's not logged.

Is it deliberately programmed like this so that we don't make too much money from exercise...? Or there an honest delay and bug with iPhone app?

I have a question. When TFSA transfers are allowed, would it even be possible to transfer stash savings to another provider?

Well it's not an investment where actual shares are bought, it's basically just a contract.

Was just wondering, it will probably be supported as you say. But until I know for sure I am holding off on stashing too much.

Transfers are allowed
Subject to legislative enactments, you will be allowed to transfer some or all of your investment
to another investment provider.

I'm aiming for R33k but not sure if I'll reach it.
 
Can this application work with Google fit only do I need another application to join Google fit ?
 
Stay away from this app, they just debited my account for R1000 and the money doesn't even appear on my stash account, it was a unauthorized debt. They don't even have a contact number, only way to contact them is via email and they dont even reply to your emails.

Anyone else had an unauthorized debit from them this morning?

No since the app works as if you swype your card - not a debit order.
 
I just received an email informing me that an amount of approximately R5600 was deposited incorrectly into my account on 1 Dec and that it will be deducted from my account on 18 Dec but I checked my account and no such amount was deposited into my account. Only R1903 was deposited into my account on 12 Dec and was reversed on 13 Dec. I don't know where they get the first amount from. I will definitely be cashing in my stash and closing that account, something seems very fishy about this.

Just remember the amount you cash out you woun't be able to put back in...

I'm good with that, will rather do my own stashing into a savings account where I have complete control over what goes in and out.

hi guys, i activated the sunny day and sweat future but it does not seem to allocate any money from the features. My google fit app is also set up correctly. What could be the issue?
