It's got such a trash balancer because today with this high uv and this heatwave in PTA I'm sitting at high voltage constantly for a while but it's not really balancing and it did like 180 cycles already.

Some balancers only balance when charging. Try charging battery as slow as possible.

yea its bloody useless not touching them again, Will check what bms it has inside when I open it up. Main thing is it just could have kak setting. Like only balancing above 3.6v something stupid like that

Can vouch for that. Worked for me. Was sitting at 5A charging for like 1 month. And then upped it to 10A. Now I got my brother to adjust it to 30A after the cells got balanced.

Main problem is if you have to get the batteries full when the sun shines

Do it with the grid when its raining or take the whole day with the sun instead of being done by 10am.

I wouldn’t be focused on trying to save grid use. Focus on getting the battery right.

The tool install and looks correct but for some reason I cannot get it to work with my 232 to USB, I might just be noob
I asked them on whatsapp support for the 1600SE pc software and they gave pace software to I hope they are also not sending me down a rabbit hole

I couldn't get pace bms tools to connect on my usb to 232 cable. That is why I was doubting it's a pace bms but it looks very similar to a pacebms
