Lightspeed poor service

Hi all,

Has anyone been disappointed with Lightspeed ?

We have got sufficient people in our area that have applied.I applied mid May, they said someone will contact me. I have followed up 3 times with them and always receive the generic e-mail and still no one has responded.

I'm sure they are getting a lot of applications but some sort of feedback would be nice.

We have a consultant awaiting your e-mails as they need to investigate and provide feedback as soon as possible.
 
I have a similar issue with no response from their Teams.
No replies to emails, I have had to call them to get any form of update on my order.
Sad really, as a new customer who's signed up I feel neglected
First world problems eh.
 
i would not recommend them at all, we have a 200meg line, we only get 20% most days, been trying for a year to get them out to test,
local speeds are fine,
