Can anyone please tell me if I can get a 4Mbps Line with these line stats?

Yup, you should be able to get a stable 4Mbps connection if your Exchange supports it.

yeah all good even 6mps, getting stable 6mps and only have little lower line attenuation

if you on 384k currently with those stats then it should be fine for 4 meg, but your upload will be low if you want to skype and stuff
