Link for buy or not?

Hello
There was a link on this forum for people wanting to buy a Mac that advised people where Mac products were in its "lifetime cycle", for example it was telling people to hold off on buying the iMAC because a new one was on the way etc.
I have searched and can't find it.

If you buy the "old" model, it'll be a few k cheaper, so give that some thought.
