Progress: Cable break 21km from Oudshoorn on the De Rust - Oudshoorn OFSO 01 (12F) and Oudshoorn Manhole D9 - Oudshoorn OFSU 01 (48F) on 2012/09/20 at 13:04 affecting various systems. CNFO slides the fibers diss on the 48F in the same area as the break site after CNS spliced 12 fibers on each joint. CNS suspect replacement cable might be faulty. Busy investigating.
