Linux server os terminal issue

Okay so the I can do things in linux with the help of my friend Google.

Heres my problem. Where ever I am in the terminal I get the problem in the image below. ITS FRICKING IRRITATING. My commands get blanked out when it pops up from what I already typed but its still there. I just cant see what I typed.

What happens on a different virtual terminal?

Ctrl+Alt+F1-F7.

Does it only happen after logging in?
 
@OP Let's see what i2c kernel modules you have loaded:

sudo lsmod | grep i2c

Once you know that you could simply blacklist it.
