It looks like SAB is doing another limited run of Lion Lager. It can only be bought from Makro in 330ml cans. You may want to call your local store though, to see if they have stock. I got mine as it came off the truck, and there was a queue of people waiting. Lots of people talking about the how stupid SAB was for pulling the beer

I'm quite looking forward to drinking one, I've never had a Lion Lager before. I was too young when they last made it for SA, in 2007.

I thought that SAB had to make it every 10 years to retain the licence. Is there something more to it? Either way, glad to finally get my hands on it.

A case is R160 at Makro.

Not a big deal.

It's easy to produce and is what comes out when I have my bilharzia test.

So apparently my local Makro don't have this anymore... anybody else know when I can get my hands on some Lion? Since I've been having this again I've lost my taste for other beer... must. have. LION!
