Internal alarm clock... requires a visit to the loo at around 5am. I no longer wear a watch nor care about time! Let the dogs go for a run around the property and do their thing; have a cup of coffee or two, catch up on MyBB news and then hop back into bed to upset the wife with my cold feet!! :twisted:
