Logic Board Repair

I am now considering selling my iMac as is or for parts. To recap its a 27" iMac, Quad-Core 2.8Ghz i7.
Everything works with the glaring exception of the connection between the logic board and the display. Therefore to use this iMac it needs to be connected to an external monitor.

I'll accept any (relatively) serious offers so PM me if interested.

Your average computer techies can't do ***** worth electronics. The one place I worked at (nation wide offices) the guys didn't even know how to use a multimeter, let alone what a soldering iron looks like. I fixed tv's / etc. for a living and although it does not appeal to some, I was astounded how PC techies hadn't the faintest clue about electronics.

They claimed herecy when I fixed my Nvidia card with a soldering iron. :p

Sorry for the derail, I hope you get it right mate.

+1. When it comes to circuits, you need an Engineering Technologist (Technikon) or an Engineer. IT guys can't do circuits usually.
