I really do not understand this! Why are people so callous, with him in a position like that even a minor accident could cause serious injury or death.

My own child has been in a car seat since he was born, when he was around two years old he tried to get out and I would stop the car, explain to him that we were not going anywhere until he was buckled up in his seat as it was dangerous.

These days he gets into the seat on his own, no fuss, no questions.
