looking for a test PSU 650W (or higher)

but my PC is fcked and we have tried everything except swapping another PSU. Thing is I dont have a spare 650W just lying around! :wtf:

before I go and spend R4500 on a new CPU,MB and RAM I'd like to know its not going to be all a waste of money..

Can anyone help? Im in the Cape Town area.
