The problem is that I emailed them a couple of days ago and still haven't gotten a reply. Will definitely never make use of them again.
 
Wow, my book is already at the EB store - thought EB's warehouse was in JHB so this is pretty fast.
 
Almost a month since I paid for my items. The one now shows as out of stock on the store page. Still shows as "On Order" in my order page. Sigh, I contacted them now again. Very frustrating experience. Will definitely never buy from them again.
 
Well I just placed an order with them yesterday. They quote 5-9 working days' deliver. Let's see.
 
Yeah I'm not expecting it in the timeframe, but let's see.
 
Well well well, colour me impressed. The order said they'll only be dispatched on the 19th, but the courier just dropped off my parcel. Well done, Loot!
 
@Toxxyc you are in luck, im yet to receive my order that i've placed 3 weeks ago. I did receive another order from them though, so will patiently wait...

They are overwhelmed with feedback and emails currently and I can imagine logistics issues.

Currently wait for a replacement for a Philips Airfryer. But they waiting for stock.
 
I'm still waiting. Ordered on the 15th of May. Was supposed to be delivered on the 26th of May.
