Good Morning Mr Cell C Rep....
I still can't do jack with the data on my sim. I phoned your call center last night and they told me that 9 3g towers in the western cape are down.
What happens to my data when the towers is not fixed and it expires on sunday?
The agent basically told me that i have no right to complain because its free data that cell c offers...how can you tell your customer not to complain??? its a service that you guys are supplying, obviously if you dont live up to your name and services that you provide then how can you expect me not to complain?
Anyway, i am in Paarl, Western Cape. Is there anything that you can do to help me? I cant even make a decent phone call, the line cuts every now and then, i pop it into my modem and its stuck on edge...sigh.
