What do you want to use this for? Sounds like things might be a tad mixed up?

The B593 is a 3G/LTE router. It will provide you with Internet and has nothing to do with a phone really. If you mean "can it create a WiFi hotspot so that I can use my phone to surf the internet" the answer is yes.
