Arg, glad it's not just me. There is no way to convert an individual acc to a business so I now have 2 accounts :(
Had a 30min chat with a Symantec dude the other day and he says he has no record of my account. So I've submitted a ticket to MS asking WTF is happening. That was on friday, they haven't replied yet.

OAuth 2 requires the device (PC or phone etc) to have the correct time zone and time set. Each request includes this information. You will notice that no twitter app will work if you have the wrong time. Same with every OAuth 2 app.
So just set your PC and phone to auto time, then try again.

Thanks just let it connect to the net and it worked.

I'm sure most of you have probably already seen it, Vodacom's Dec booklet shows Lumia 920 with free wireless charger for R399 per month (+1gb pm x3, 150mb data, 150 SMS, 75 anytime minutes, 20 free anytime + 20 free anytime weekend Vodacom to vodacom)

Was surprised to see that Vodacom is cheaper than MTN on this phone.
Vodacom (R399pm): 150mb;150sms;75min anytime + more VC2VC minutes. Extras 1Gb x 3 months; R600 voucher; Wireless Charger
MTN (R399pm): 150mb;25sms;+-86min anytime. Extras nothing

Looked at MTN Nigeria and saw that they also receive the wireless charger for free. (even offer more colors)

Pathetic MTN. I was looking forward to upgrading on Thursday but I'm not going to let you suck me dry. So going to wait out my 4 months early upgrade carrot then make my decision.

MTN doesn't even have the phone on their website yet (mtndirect.co.za).
But not here to complain about their useless/outdated website.

Looking elsewhere at the HTC 8X things looks even worst for MTN. Same type of contract with basic same bundles.
Vodacom: R279pm
MTN: R349pm

Why do they even include the 150mb? Thats good for maybe a week on mild email checking. A few days max if you use social networks or browse the net.

My MTN contract has already expired, so I can upgrade anytime. Still no L920's in stock at the MTN stores I've visited, so I'll wait until January. If Vodacom is still cheaper with the free wireless charger, then I'll just port my phone number to Vodacom.

Been with MTN for over 15 years, so they've bled me enough.

Very true on that one, I'm mostly connected to my home and work wifi with 3G as backup data on the road for emails and IM's. When I used to use 3G as my primary internet connection I think I used to use up to 500MB per month with moderate browsing and streaming. 500MB should be a minimum, no? The entire "always online" experience is highly hampered by these small data caps

Just wondering how happy most of you are with the Lumia's options to the user? I upgraded to a Lumia 920, and hated the WP8, I found the normal options from the IOS very limiting. My N8 had more options available to me in one menu

I swapped it for a S3, and I am very happy. Been a Nokia user since the first Nokia banana shaped phone came out....untill now

I've come from Android to the Lumia and not looking back
Just missing a few apps, but they'll come with time

Could you be more specific about what you didn't like?

I am absolutely loving mine, wouldn't swap it for anything. I work with Android and iOS devs, and even some of them are switching.
